    Executive Coaching

    Executive Coaching

Executive coaching from The Effective Communication Coach is one-to-one work for senior leaders and partner-track executives. Engagements typically run four to twelve sessions and include assessment instruments, a 30/60/90-day plan, and a written recap after every session, so progress is deliberate, measured, and owned by the leader.

    Two Tracks

    How does executive coaching work?

Executive coaching runs through one of two tracks. An organization sponsors coaching for a named leader, or a leader engages Denise directly and funds the work themselves. The structure, goals, and confidentiality boundary are set up front so the leader can use every session fully.

    Organization-Sponsored

    Sponsored by your organization

A sponsor funds coaching for a named leader. Goals are agreed jointly by the sponsor, the participant, and the coach. Progress against those agreed goals is reported to the sponsor, while the content of individual sessions stays confidential.

Confidentiality boundary: session content stays confidential; only progress toward the agreed goals is shared with the sponsor. That clear boundary is what lets leaders use every session fully.

    Individually Funded

    Funded by you

A leader engages Denise directly and funds the work personally. The path is a short consultation, then a scoped recommendation, so the engagement is shaped around your goals before any commitment.

Pricing is scoped to your goals. We start with a short consultation and recommend the right structure before any commitment.

    What Leaders Say

“Denise, you are incredible! Thank you for such an engaging and motivating session. I love how your session wrapped up our International Women's Day sessions because it really imparted a forward-looking plan for associates on how to lead. It was exactly what we were looking for…as evidenced by that lively chat box.”

    Kristin Brogan

    Senior Vice President, Baird

“Thank you so much for your incredible talk with our Women's ERG! Your vibrant and bold words inspired not only the women and allies in person, but also reached the hundreds streaming live. In speaking with attendees afterwards and reading through so many kind messages, you truly impacted our audience positively, many indicating that for the first time in their careers they felt seen. These statements show not only how powerful your words are, but your techniques can be used to bring the changes the women at NM need to continue thriving in the workplace.”
